Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an HJ membership badge situated within a gilded border, the reverse with a vertical pinback, stamped with an issue number of 8818, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 70 for Franz Otto, Wuppertal Elberfeld, measuring 16. 88 mm (w) x 29. 10 mm (h), weighing 3. 8 grams, demonstrating moderate flecking and loss of
